⇔IKIKI SOAP 【Red cray version】
(Waste Tempura oil Soap)!!!
I am driving my beloved car PORSCHE 111〈CURRY iro〉
named “Sea⇔Mt.” and am collecting used tempura oil
for the IKIKI SOAP.
I will show you how to make
IKIKI SOAP. ~ Red cray ~
Don´t worry!
It´s very very very easy!!

Do it outdoors.
Put on a mask , glasses ,
and rubber gloves for safety !!
Other things to prepare.
【water mixed with red cray =1.2ℓ】
【caustic soda =500g】
【used cooking oil=3.6ℓ】
【Another preparation】
●A MOLD ●A BUCKET ●A STICK for mixing
●2TOWELS ●A SPATULA
■ You can get caustic soda at a drugstore.

① Put solid caustic soda in a bucket.

② Add water mixed with red cray
and mix for about 10 seconds.
【caution】Be careful not to burn yourself.
⇔This material gets to a high temperature.
【caution】Smoke is released when the
caustic soda is put in the bucket.
⇔Never breathe in the smoke arising from
inside the bucket. (Put on a mask)
【caution】Mix the material slowly.
⇔You´re in danger of losing your sight
if the material enters your eyes.
(Put on glasses)

③ After melting the caustic soda,
mix the materal while adding the used
cooking oil little by little.
(Mix and mix)
【caution】Don´t splash !(Put on glasses)

④ Mix untill you can see the trail of the stick
mixing in the bucket,
then pour the material into a vat.

※Steps ① - ④ takes about 10-15 minutes.
It´s very simple and very very easy !!
※Cut the soap before it hardens as it will
get hard to cut.
It is hard to cut once it has dried up.
Depending on the weather,
it is best to cut after 3 days.

■ You can make about 40 soaps with 500g
of caustic soda.
【caution】Don´t use tools made from aluminum.
⇔A chemical reaction will cause it to melt.
【caution】Please leave the soap to mature
for 1 mouth in cool air after cutting !
Different from synthetic detergent ,
soap can be decomposed into water and CO2
in one day.
I hope to the Shimanto River will return to
being a pure stream.
What do you think?
Good bye , see you !
